Neoteck Dial Gauge Remix
Description
This is a remix of Neoteck Dial Gauge Slot Mount Ender 3 Pro (2020/4040) by falo2k. Issues with previous version and remix solution 1. Original version had the dial gauge fitting snugly within the mount, but a very minor amount of play which makes insertion and removal possible, also makes accurate measurements impossible. Even zeroing the dial gauge induces slight (+/-0.02mm) errors/movements. Solution: most dial gauges have screws at the back to allow changing of back cover. I have made it so that the gauge now is screwed directly on to the mount and as such remove any chance of it moving. 2. Original version had semi circular cutouts where the gauge's probe sticks out off. But because of slight play,this can result in the probe getting caught by the walls of the semi circular cutout. Solution: do away with the semi circular cutouts. 3. Original version had the bolts to attach to the gantry/aluminium extrusions underneath the dial gauge. This greatly increased the time required to reposition the dial gauge - which is very problematic if you had to restart or home the printer every time adjustments is made. Solution: By moving the bolt position to the outside, this enables quicker repositioning of the dial guage. The four possible bolt positions allows the dial gauge to be orientated in any direction without having to remount the dial gauge direction with respect to the mount itself.
