121GW anti tilt stand with self locking mechanism
Description
I was looking for some attachment for the 121GW stand (because the 121GW is narrow and top-heavy) and was initially was happy that I found chlor's thing. Still, I didn't like that the stand can't be fully retracted inside the multimeter's rubber bumper. So I took chlor's ideea and designed my own anti-tilt stand attachment, but I went a step further and included also a spring loaded bolt that engages with the slot already present in the 121GW stand. The locking mechanism uses a printed zig-zag flat spring (sorry, I don't know the actual name of the spring). The attachment has a smaller base than chlor's design, but I find it enough so that the multimeter wont tilt when rotating the knob or handling it, and also the attachment if small enough that the multimeter can be stored in the pouch without removing the attachment. Insert the attachment in the stand at 90 degrees and rotate towards the normal position. The bolt will engage and stop the attachment to rotate any further. To disengage use tool (like the tip of a probe) or your finger to grab the bolt by the slot and rotate the attachment 90 degrees. Note: my parts look a bit ugly because I had to file them a bit to remove over-extrusion artefacts.
