Secure Anycubic Vyper Filament Holder With 608 Bearings Roller
Description
Being new to 3D printing, I really struggled finding a filament spool holder that worked for my Anycubic Vyper. I was worried that the filament would fall off the stock holder, which has a very small lip. I tried printing the "Lock and Forget" holder, but during the print, the washer would either wind off slowly, causing the spool to fall off, or it would tighten, causing the spool to stop rotating completely. I also printed a 608 bearing holder, which was promising, but unfortunately the attachment mechanism, which tried to replicate the stock Vyper holder just wouldn't fit (probably due to my printer being slightly not tuned correctly). Both of these designs had pluses though. I liked the ease of attachment mechanism of the "Lock and Forget" design. I liked the use of the 608 skate bearings and the roller of the other design. So, I combined both of these designs into one, by use of Tinkercad. Please let me know if this works for you!
