Note: Updated Base And Top. Holes For Skewers Were A Little Too Small. Arrosticini Machine Arrosticini Are Classic Grilled Lamb Skewers From Abbruzo Italy. Due To The Small Pieces Of Meat Used, They Can Be Kind Of A Pain To Make In Any Quantity. This "Machine" Has Been Around For Quite Some Time, But I Just Became Aware Of It. Seemed Like It Would Be Easy Enough To Print So I Gave It A Shot. This Configuration Will Make 36 3/4" X 3/4" Skewers. Hardware List Is Under Instructions.
