Customizable Leveling Test

Customizable Leveling Test

Description

**A bed leveling test where you can customize parameters like:** - Printer bed size (Bed X / Y) - 100 to 500mm - How many points for mesh you are using (X / Y Points) - 2 to 10 - The nozzle size (to ensure it will print full lines) - 0.1-1.0mm (showed as 1 to 10) - Wall line count (perimeters) - 1 to 4 - If you want filled shapes or just an outline - Square of circle shapes - Just shapes without lines between Model is 0.2mm high ver1.01 --- **WARNING** Customizer on Thingiverse doesn't show all the parameteres Looks like 'true/false' variables are not working here **If you want the last 3 from customization list above you will need to open the file in OpenSCAD, set it, push F6 to render and then export to STL ** --- The model size (footprint) is 8,5% smaller than the set bed size Default values are for Ender 3 (235x235), 5 points Bed Leveling with double lines of 0.4mm and without filled shapes (prints fast, doesn't use much filament) I recommend to leave empty shapes and double lines --- A photo of the print on Ender 3 is from a model made in Blender 3d earlier. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5338826 A model generated from my OpenSCAD file (default values) will look exacly the same --- A NOTE: I don't know where exacly auto or manual bed leveling check points on the bed but it should be rather close where it is generated from my file (at least with 5 points and less) It was tested only in the slicer (with few different parameters) It's my first OpenSCAD file and first customizable thing but everything should work fine --- **To level the bed:** - clean the bed - level corners - use bed leveling - print generated file After printing edit your mesh (X0 Y0 is you first point where leveling started) and do the changes to hight based on how the print is looking in this part. Then go for another point (X1 Y0 etc.) ---
