Yamaha PWC wave runner wave venture flush kit
Description
Dialogue: I have been working on a pair of 1996 Yamaha PWCs. An 1100 and a 700 wave venture. I wanted to get them running on land before I tested them on water so I needed to provide a source of cooling water. I was grateful to find the "Yamaha Waverunner PWC flush adapter hose fittings by DIY_GUY" for the 1100 but in my case I found the garden hose threads not to provide a solid fit. This remix still leaks a little, but it holds the garden hose more tightly. I wasn't sure if "Yamaha Waverunner PWC flush adapters (old style) by tman67234" would work for the 700 so I measured the threads and made my own. These are the files that worked for me so I'm providing to the community. File Details: All parts are designed for use with 1/2 inch ID tubing (except YamahaWV1100flush3.stl) (I used clear vinyl tubing from Lowes plumbing section: https://www.lowes.com/pd/EZ-FLO-1-2-in-Inner-Diameter-x-10-ft-PVC-Clear-Vinyl-Tubing/1000180551) 0.5in_hose_barb_to_female.stl This part is needed for connecting the garden hose to the 1/2 in tubing. YamahaWV1100flush3.stl This is a remix of thing 3604951 for direct connection to garden hose, this provided a tighter garden hose fit in my case - what makes it different is it makes use of the outer cap threads to secure itself rather than the factory style side pins that could easily break. Additionally, it does not need an o ring. YamahaWV1100flush4.stl This is a remix of thing 3604951 with barb for use with 1/2 in tubing. Other details from YamahaWV1100flush3.stl apply. YamahaWV700flush.stl Is the engine-side piece for the 700, wave venture (and similar). Barb fits the 1/2 in tubing.
