Voron AfterBurner Galileo CW mosquito big heat block mod

Mellow has a bigger heat block in his store, which can nicely be combined with CHT nozzle and a short adapter to essentially become a volcano style hot end. direct link to the heat block: https://de.aliexpress.com/item/1005003506351141.html?gatewayAdapt=glo2deu&spm=a2g0o.order_list.0.0.21ef5c5fKaZouQ Volcano adapter https://de.aliexpress.com/item/1005004013425374.html?gatewayAdapt=glo2deu&spm=a2g0o.order_detail.0.0.68ff6368mPGmuy mellow's store: https://mellow.de.aliexpress.com/store/1531088 Using this with Voron Afterburner and Galileo clockwork, the following parts had to be modified: - longer layer fan duct (heat block is 9mm longer) - longer hot end fan housing (matching to the fan duct) - modified probe holder for klick / unklicky & BFG (so the heat blocks does not touch) All of them are meant to 1:1 replace the other parts. Be sure to adjust your z-probe, whatever this may be in your case. Also the klicky / unklicky dock needs to be moved back by about 7mm. Upon testing the mods i found the back mount of the mosquito to be pressing on the cables of the hot end heater and the thermistor. I simply cut out tiny pieces, works fine. I will update the mods and the back holder asap.
