M3 Alu washers for slick look, not so needed: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32968161596.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.0.0.3d241802UojeRT 4. M3 countersunk screws, I used 16mm ones. 5. Screws for the switches - 2.5 mm if remember correctly 6. Neodym magnets - 12mm. I used 5mm thick ones and then added additional 1mm for more strngth. 7. M3 mounting hardware for paddles and base Paddles are very solid, not so much flex, have pretty good feel. Also magnets are strong, if you wish you san go with less 1mm magnets. I printed them in PLA, pretty satisfying, would imagine with higher infill and harder plastic it will be even better. Spacing for paddles is 10mm. You have to print two of the sides, one should be mirrored. Original design can be found here: https://www.tinkercad.com/things/iZbm6Ko6g5r-paddle-shifter I vectorized and slightly modified some popular paddles found on internet for my use: https://www.tinkercad.com/things/b1Z1jau22mG-paddles-for-sim-racing-magnetic-shifter Everything was designed to be printed without supports, orientation is also taken into account for best strength. I am using mine 3 months now, still no issues.
