Bullitt Sidepanel Brackets Organic V2

This is a remix of: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4570151 The brackets are made for custom made sidepanels to mount on a Larry vs. Harry Bullitt Bike. Printing orientation is important for maximum strength. I printed these with Formfutura ApolloX ASA filament at 240°C nozzle, 115°C bed at 30mm, infill 30% with two walls and one inner infill wall to have a thick shell. Wall wide at 0.76mm with a 0.6mm nozzle. Layer height is 0.24mm. - "Frame Insert Tight Fit for M8 Simple" is for the bottom holders and need an M8 thread applied. - "Frame Insert Tight Fit for M8 Slotted" is for the bottom holders and need an M8 thread applied - this is a variant of the "Simple" Design. - "Bottom Holder" is needed twice for mounting the panels at the bottom frame insers - "Front/Back Holder" are the brackets for front/back mounting with M6 screw and washers Screws needed are M6 and M8, i use DIN7380-1 here. Washers are DIN7349 6.4x17 for M6 and DIN125 8.4x16 for M8.
