11th doctors sonic screwdriver (no button on base) Resin print only, you're welcome to try with FDM Adapted from 'Rusty Belcher' on grabCAD link to the original files: https://grabcad.com/library/sonic-screwdriver-11th-doctor-1 The original design appeared to be only intended for rendering not printing so I have severely modified the interior and the surfacing of the design. The screwdriver assembles without adhesives and is fully capable of incorporating electronics. At present the battery holder holds 4LR44 batteries, I am using a 30ma 5mm green led with a 110-ohm 0.5W resistor, along with a tactile switch. this is a work in progress, the claw spring mechanism is designed to have 2mm wire serve as the pins and as an internal ring in the claw holder, and a channel has been carved to allow the compression springs to work.
