Mansions of Madness base – Star Vampire
Description
The latest printing of Mansions of Madness 2nd ed does not include pegs on the bottom of large creatures nor holes in their bases. I wanted to use a storage solution (Folded Space) that does not work with bases and large creatures glued together. So I decided to make my own bases: **Base box** * [Star Spawn](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5270414) * [Riot](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5278183) * [Hunting Horrors](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5364092) **Streets of Arkham** * [Lloigor](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5364122) * Star Vampire I'm using neodymium magnets, 3×2 (3mm diameter, 2mm height) for the base and the central spot in the figure, and a 3×1 magnet for the edge spot among the tentacles. Superglue keeps the magnets in their holes. I'm doing some careful, shallow drilling into one of their feet to give the glue more surface area to work with and provide some stability. In the current version, the slot for the monster token is a pretty loose fit. This is by design, and simply due to personal preference.
