Discovery I & II Window Regulator Gear and Roller
Description
For Land Rover Discovery I (later models) and II: Your window motor keep turning but the window don't move, the rubber coupling inside the reduction unit is likely broken, You can print this part to fix it this allows you not to have to replace the whole motor unit as they only sell the whole motor and reduction regulator assembly but not the spare part In my case it saving me a bit as it avoid me to pay shipping and import taxes for the rather large motor assembly. If you have a roller broken (like I had on mine) there is one included here you will need to grind off the shaft head and tap inside the original shaft so it can be secured back on the frame ( i used M4 tap). About the gear coupler, I first made unit that was glued on the steel hub but it failed so I ended up tapping the steel hub to add two M4 hex screws and added a slots to the coupler so the whole thing secured. I still included the two files if you want to glue yours at first.
