Sovol SV01 Fan Duct 40x40x20 / Hotend & Part cooling

Ich habe nun schon länger meinen Sovol und bin damit auch relativ zufrieden. Die Part cooling war nie wirklich gut. Ich habe einige Duct´s getestet aber keines war wirklich gut. Entwerder schlecht oder zu groß oder zu schwer oder man kann die Düse nicht mehr sehen. Jetzt habe ich auf klipper umgestellt und ab 60mm/s konnte ich gefühlt max. 30° Überhänge drucken.. ich bin jedoch eher bei 80mm/s oder so.. daher hab ich mir einige Kühlungen von unterschiedlichten Drucker angeschaut. Daraus hab ich dann meine Variante kreiert. Die Kühlung funktioniert super und man kann einfach 2x 40x40x20 Lüfter nutzen. Der gedruckte Teil wiegt nur 46g!! der Druckvotgang ist mega easy man braucht kein Support oder so. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I've had my Sovol for a while now and I'm relatively happy with it. The part cooling was never really good. I tested some Duct's but none was really good. Either bad or too big or too heavy or you can't see the nozzle anymore. Now I've switched to klipper and from 60mm/s I could print max. 30° overhangs.. but I'm more at 80mm/s or something.. so I looked at some cooling systems from different printers. From there I created my own variant. The cooling works great and you can simply use 2x 40x40x20 fans. The printed part weighs only 46g!! the printing process is super easy, you don't need any support or anything.
