BRI Robot Gal v1.0 Remastered

BRI Robot Gal v1.0 Remastered

Description

This remix is a improved version of "Robot Gal v1.0" by BRindustries. Aside from better tolerances, it now features a balljointed waist and up to 114,5 degrees of knee articulation. Changed files are labeled with custom names. For example; "Antenna_v2" instead of "Antenna". I have also changed some proportions for better scaling, like lower legs and lower arms being longer. Chest piece now has a wider gap to push neck balljoint without breaking the Chest piece. Tolerances might differ based on vertical/horizontal prints of the pins/holes. I recommend printing 'Neckjoint.STL' and 'Shoulderjoint.STL' sideways to make them more durable, and also print 'Waistjoint2_ballJoint_v2.stl' sideways with supports, so pin's layers can be trimmed/sanded for best fit. Arms, Legs, Hands and rest of the holes/pins/ball sockets can be printed vertically. Notes; 1) Print 'Waist_ballSocket_v2.5.stl' with ball socket facing towards print bed for best durability. Printing it vertically can result with layer seperation during assembly. 2) Please heat up 'Waist_ballSocket_v2.5.stl' slightly before inserting 'Waistjoint2_ballJoint_v2.stl' to prevent injury, it has to be tight to prevent popping out during posing or playing. You can sand down the ball piece slightly if it's too tight. 3) Pins of Thigh pieces might snap if you try to disassemble it. I recommend reinforcing the piece after print, like drilling top of the pin and inserting a support material along with some super glue. A small roll of paper along with superglue can become harder than wood. This reinforcement can be applied to any joint. 4) You can cover joints with superglue and then stick some paper towel on top of it to make joints tighter. And then sand down hardened paper towel until you get the best fit you desire.
