L85 Piston Spacer Mod (G&G, Army Armament) Use standard Pistons
Description
This is a spacer for use with the G&G and Army Armament L85 rifles. It allows you to install standard V2, V3 pistons instead of the longer SR25 style pistons they come with. With this spacer you'll have many more piston options and pistons will generally be cheaper. Later G&G L85's actually come with a spacer like this as standard, but you can use this to convert older ones. The Army Armaments rifles all use the SR25 pistons so you can use this to convert those too. Bear in mind that if you're converting from a longer piston to a regular 14/15 tooth one, your sector gear will have too many teeth. You can either swap it out for a normal V2/V3 one, or grind off some of the teeth from the pickup side. I printed this using PLA at 0.2mm layer height, 4 walls, 40% infill and it's plenty strong.
