RV Cable Passthrough Grommet (for Starlink)

RV Cable Passthrough Grommet (for Starlink)

Description

Inspired by https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5333121 but smaller and with my own take on water resistance. How to use: - Drill 22mm hole in storage compartment door. - Feed the ethernet cable into the hole and through the nut. - Place loose cable into the 'inner' part. - Place loose cable into the 'outer' part. - Slide the 'outer' part over top of the 'inner' part. - Insert the combined parts into the drilled hole and tighten nut. I designed and printed this with SLA in mind, and everything fits together nicely using my Mars 2. I am not sure if things will fit as well if printed using FDM. You may need to enlarge or shrink parts. Feel free to fork and tweak the original models here (onshape is web-based and free!): https://cad.onshape.com/documents/789962f925693df41012edca/w/e191d02cc84917871183f74a/e/a9e62a7487254cec55ba42fb?renderMode=0&uiState=627855d4013ead602bad6e71 I used double-sided LED strip adhesive to mount the Starlink power supply and router to the inside of the storage door. Not sure how well this is going to hold up. I plan to design some proper mounts to use on the storage door.
