Printer Accuracy Calibration Models
Description
There are 4 Files. 1+2) 40x20x40 U Piece and 20x20x20 Cube. These 2 are for testing your X and Y Axis accuracy. Also the Cube should ideally fit into the U Piece with some force. As there is no tolerance, it is normal that it doesn't fit like a glove. This isn't laser cut metal after all. 2) Hollow Box 40x40x20mm. 2 Walls are 0.4mm and 2 Walls 0.8mm. So with a 0.4mm Line width you should have a single line and double line wall that you can test on you X and Y Axis. 4) 10x10x50 Tower. This is simply to test the accuracy of your Z Axis. The Lines on it should be in line with your ruler. Small lines for 5mm, and long lines for 10mm Steps. Print with the profile that you would use for printing functional parts as well. Only thing important is 0.4mm line width for the hollow box. (with a 0.4mm nozzle)
