Sidewinder X1 V4 Biqu H2 mount
Description
This is my take on a clean setup for mounting a BiquH2 on a Sidewinder X1. So far i've been extremely happy with it, especially with how tidy the wiring is and I plan to move the probe wire inside the chassis mount as well. I started out with the nice simple extruder mount https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5338230 but when installed it had the extruder body shifted farther to the right than necessary and was causing some loss of print area. I modified the mount to shift the extruder 5mm over to the left and as well I also created a hollow passage across the back of the mount for the fan wire to travel through and I also plan to move the probe (or BL Touch if that's your jam) wires through it as well. For the fan duct i'm using "The Claw" https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5202213 which has been great. Has really strong airflow with a 5015 fan and great visibility of the nozzle. I'm using the stock Z endstop probe mounted on the extruder for ABL and homing. I really don't understand why so many people with X1 printers are buying BL Touches when you can just use the stock sensor (and it's faster). I designed a simple mount for the sensor which goes on one side of the fan, but if you must use a BL Touch I recommend this one https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4757657
