Voron v0.1 Roller Spool Holder for 1515 Profile

Voron v0.1 Roller Spool Holder for 1515 Profile

Description

This is an improved version of my previous design:https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5280289 The previous design worked fine until I bought some Polymaker filament with cardboard spools. So I decided to redesign it to solve two problems with the previous design: 1. Thin base brackets do not provide sufficient strength (slight sagging) 2. Two bearings are not compatible with all spools The current design: 1. The roller will compatible with most of the spools. 2. Connected axles add structural strength, allowing for a thinner bottom bracket. 3. No support material printing. 4. Use the same two 608 bearings. 5. Use the same one preloaded M3 nut. 6. Available for 90mm (maximum spool thickness: 65mm) or 100mm (maximum spool thickness: 75mm). Two m3 x12 (at least 12mm) screws will be needed. In case you own a Voron, I'm assuming you have some m3 heat inserts and you have the tools to insert them, so I added two inserts to the shaft. It's not a must have, but they will make the holder stronger. I included two files (for 90 and 100) that do not contain the pockets for heat inserts, print one of them for not to bother with heat insert. The bearing hubs on the roller are designed with large tolerances to allow bearings to self-align. I don't want to press the bearing into plastic, they may not be able to end up parallel
