Compact Needle File Case for 2x100x10mm files
Description
Trying to make a case for my new needle files. I am looking to design the case to be simple, reliable, and compact, with a see-through lid and easy access to the files. I'm not a big fan of including a hinge, I've done something similar, the lid and hinge shattered after being dropped on the floor a few times. For this design: 1. Sleeve style PETG housing, provides a compact, impact-resistant, see-through, smooth structure. 2. 10 embedded magnets (6x1.7mm) to reduce rattling. (optional) 3. Poke the front of the file to lift the handle for easy access. 4. friction fit, no including of snap lock that may wear out quickly. 5. Easy to print, no support. Pause printing before the slot closed, where the magnets go in. place a row of ten 6mm diameter, 1.7mm thick magnets in the slot and continue printing. If you don't have the right magnet, you may ignore this part. Up-scaling the two parts should make this also compatible with larger files, but I haven't tried it yet.
