Loctite Epoxy Mix Tip Short
Description
This is a mixing tip for Loctite 2 part Epoxy syringes. I felt like the one that came with it was too long and wasted too much Epoxy for small jobs This is basically a spiral inside with 2 blades 90 degrees from each other. not exactly like the original double helix that switches back and forth, but I think it does a decent job of mixing in a short time. Short Tip V2 is more constricted Short Tip V3 is more open, and a little thicker shell. I advise printing at least 3 at a time to give each layer time to cool. I printed at both 0.2mm and 0.15mm and got decent results. Works with PLA and PETG. just needs different heat settings. PLA hotend temp 205c PETG hotend temp 248c I needed a brim too to keep the parts from getting bumped off the bed. I Also add a drop or 2 of Black Epoxy Dye into the Mixing Tip to color the Epoxy. `
