Description

For usage with a Shelly 2.5 and roller shutters with local operation via push buttons. The case contains the Shelly and 2 push buttons to open and close when you want to operate them locally. There are 2 models: 1 with the cables on one side and another one with the cables on both sides. Select what is approprate for you. Print settings: • Print material: PLA • Rotation of the objects: No comment. • Support: No • Skirt, brim: Skirt. • Infill: 20% Additional instructions • See the cabling instructions of the Shelly 2.5 for roller shutters. Materials needed • PLA • 2 x M3 bolt 3 x 6 mm • 2 x M3 brass insert nut 5mm • 1 x black push button 230V~ 11,5mm diameter (close) • 1 x white push button 230V~ 11,5mm diameter (for open I found it logical to use white) • Some wires AWG 20 Version 0.7 • Shortened the box on the width side with all modifications that were needed to make it fit. • Enlarged the gaps for the switches with .1mm Version 0.6 • The position of the box requires that the cables enter on the same side, hence made this version Version 0.5 • Enlarged the holes of the buttons so they sink in totally Version 0.4 • Added holes for the cables in the cover • Made the bottom part slightly smaller to get a better fit, it was tight • Made the corners of the bottom part diagonal to better fit the cover • Made the cable mounts 3mm higher to provide the screw a better fit and made it 2mm wider • Moved the cable clamp 3mm outward and move the hole which will mount the bottom outward as well • Made the hole at the top for the insert nut 0.1mm wider • Added cable clamps to the bottom Version 0.3 • Changed the cover fixing by adding the brass insert nut. This way the cover can be opened and closed via the top and not via a less reachable sides Version 0.2 • Added position for a screwdriver to flip the Shelly out of the fitting. • Added some bars to provide cooling Version 0.1 • First release
