Anycubic Mega Pro - 97mm ducted blower fan with Z mount - Snap-on ducted part cooler - Laser module 40mm fan adapter shroud

Description

There are two different object files in this thing: 1. Laser module shroud (that replaces the original 30mm fan with a ducted 40mm fan). 2. Trio of parts for a ducted 97mm blower fan part cooler (hinged 97mm blower fan to hose adapter, hinged Z axis zip tie mount for fan adapter, and hose ducted snap-on part cooler). Parts required: 1. Laser shroud: None, just the original 30mm fan screws. 2. Ducted part cooler kit: - One zip/cable tie (for Z mount) - Short length of wire or 1.75mm filament (for hinge pin) - Your glue of choice (for fan adapter, and part cooler standoffs) - 97mm blower fan ($9): https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08FBP2ZM5/ - Braided 4/5" ID tubing ($8): https://www.amazon.com/dp/B095GT8K85/ The non-obvious parts: you'll need to put a dot of glue on top of each small cylinder (below and in front of the snap-on clamps), and then use the glue working time to perfectly adjust the part cooler until it's perfectly aligned with the Z axis/plane of the work surface below, then allow the glue to cure/dry. Those little cylinders on the part cooler should align with the bottom edge of the hotend metal housing, with the front/side cover removed. You can run wire from 97mm fan to the header/wires for the old 50mm blower fan, as the new fan draws only 0.06A more than the original at 100% speed. I also replaced the original hotend 40mm cooling fan with a ducted Noctua fan: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4933321/files Credit to the original part cooler designer, which I adapted for the ducted hose: https://www.myminifactory.com/object/3d-print-part-cooling-duct-for-anycubic-i3-mega-ultrabase-66999
