PegasusAstro Ultimate Power Box v2 UPBv2 Holder Frame to Intel NUC and Losmandy Clamp

Description

If you want to connect your Intel NUC for Telescope & Gear Control with a PegasusAstro Ultimate Power Box v2 and then put both on a Losmandy Style Dovetail, you just found everything you need for this. I found several parts to connect the UPBv2 to other devices or Losmandy Clamps but they never fit perfectly together, so I created the whole package from scratch. After printing the required parts, you only need: 12x M3x10mm Screws 2x M3 Nuts, 1x M4x25mm Screw and 1x M4 Nut As the Brackets / Trays for the UPBv2 slightly differ between top and bottom part, I simply put their name on the Trays, so you never can get confused. Depending on your NUC, you might want to print two of the 3mm Washers to put between the Top Tray and the NUC to prevent bending of the tray when you tighten the M3 screws. The process of putting all toghether is pretty straight forward: 2x M3 Screws to fix Top Tray to NUC (run screws through the washers if desired) 4x M3 Screws to attach Top Tray to UPBv2 1x M4 Nut put into the gap in the Losmandy Clamp 1x M4 Screw run through Losmandy Plug and connect to Clamp 2x M3 Nuts put into the hexagonal holes in the Losmandy Clamp (you can choose the orientation between NUC and Losmandy Clamp) 2x M3 Screws to connect Losmandy Clamp with Bottom Tray 4x M3 Screws to attach Bottom Tray to UPBv2 This way, you have a tightly connected "sandwich" of NUC, UPBv2 and a Losmandy Clamp to attach your astro control unit to your Telescope. For printing I used PLA (for optical reasons with Carbon Fiber, but not technically necessary) and 20% of infill.
