This is a belt loop attachment for a very common type of silicone dog treat pouch. This replaces that clip for a loop that can be threaded onto your belt. Print on its side as per the default orientation of the STL, with no supports. I print these in ABS or PETG for strength. Not sure how PLA will hold up, but it might work if you print hot and with plenty of walls.
