Picatinny Rail Section for CYMA PP-19 BIZON (airsoft)
Description
Designed this ~120mm rail segment for my CYMA CM058 PP-19 Bison so I could run a flashlight, vert grip, etc, when used with my AK magazine adapter (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5408239). The rail segment locks into the handguard and uses the original helical magazine hard-point below the front sight to keep it from sliding out of position. To install this rail segment, remove the front sight post and slide the rail section into the handguard (there are tabs that lock into the handguard) then reinstall the sight post and press the two tabs over the original helical mag pin. May be able to slide it into place without removing the front sight post, but do so at your own risk. Once it's in place, adjust the position of the rail segment until it lines up with the tabs and secure it in place with two screws. 1.2mm shell, 75% infill, 0.2mm resolution for the rail and 0.1mm for the tabs recommended.
