Harley Handlebar Mount - 1" Bar Daimeter
Description
This was designed for the 1 inch diameter handlebars for a Harley Davidson. Design Specs: - 20 mm diameter (Compatible with the both BulletPoint mount and Ram Mount arms) - M4 .7x18 Socket-head machine screw (will need to be modified for any other screw size/types) I included the Fusion 360 file in case you would like to make any modifications. Print settings and material: - PETG - 100% Infill - Nozzle size 0.4 - Nozzle temp 245C - Bed temp 70C - Print speed 55 - Fan 50% - Raft used w/ 5mm expansion I was able to print this without supports (by accident and decided not to restart it), but it's not recommended if you don't want to do a lot of finish work. Because Harley's vibrate a lot, I opted to do slots for the nuts with the intent of using a dab of superglue to retain the nut in the event that a screw vibrated loose. You could also use thread-lock too, which I plan to use once I'm confident that the mount is sufficient as is. If you spot any flaws, please let me know so I can address them. I might upload a 2nd version with a charge cable or aux cable retention solution after I've tested this version for any other possible revision needs. Enjoy!
