Remake of Support and Fan duct for Solidoodle 4 (with new extruder)

Description

Thanks Miroule For Creating The Original To Perfectly Fit The Solidoodle 4 With The Latest Stock Hot End. It Was Hard To Find A Mount For The Sd4 That Was This Simple To Attach/De-Attach. I Made Two Small Modifications That Fix The Melting Issue And Improve The Airflow: 1. Made The Support About 5-6Mm Wider To Prevent The Fan Mount From Touching The Hot End Heater Block And Melting. This Requires 2X M3 X 30Mm Long Screws + 2 Nuts To Attach The Mount To The Support. 2. The Original Support Was Slightly Touching The Extruder Pulley In My Sd4. A Notch Was Added To Prevent This. 3. Modified The Fan Mount To Be Able To Fit A 40Mm X 40Mm X 20Mm 12V Fan, Instead Of The Original Mount Which Only Fits A 40X40X10 Fan. The Airflow Doubles With The Bigger Fan And This Makes A Significant Difference. This Is Still In Progress Because An Improvement To The Fan Mount Is Needed To Really Increase The Airflow.
