Over time, the micro-USB charging and data port wears out so the connector plugged into it gets a looser fit. Due to this, the connector can come out too easily, connection can be broken, and the life span of the contacts is reduced. This thing resolves this issue. The space between the connector and the aluminum smartphone housing is filled, creating a well-fitting input. With double-sided tape, it is stuck to the bottom and back of the smartphone. The design is thin so that a phone case can be used along with it. Another common problem beside wear out causing looser fit is that the charging port is clogged with fabric and debris.
