Flat PC Fan Adaptor: 140mm to 92mm

I created this fan adaptor to install push fans in restricted space for a top of the PC cabinet CPU cooler. I'm including the Simplify3D Start Script (S3D_GcodeStartScript.txt) for putting the wipe move along the left edge of the platform since there isn't enough room for the default one along the front edge.
