4th and 5th Doctor TARDIS Seasons 18-19 5.5 Inch Scale

Description

The files with "18-19" are compatible with both versions, but the files with only 18 or 19 must be kept together depending on the version. The S18 version has four steps above the front set of doors, with the bottom one being split in half. The S19 version has 4 steps, with the 4th being full, in addition to new sign boxes on the top. the windows are also entirely pebbled glass, unlinke the S18 look where it only had two panes. The prop also got the new roof with a box under the lamp in Logopolis, but I've added it as S19 for clarity. The S19 version of the poles also has four rivets in the rear wall that were added between S18 and 19, for added authenticity. This one has two sets of doors to better mimic the prop. The rear set of doors only has three steps above the doors, and no handle on the sign. The sign on these doors is also flush with the crosspieces, instead of slightly sunken. These doors are the same across both versions. The only functional difference other than the poles is the height of the divider on the right door. The S19 version is slightly shorter than the S18 version, otherwise it would break the 4th step. Paint the interior black and then put in the windows. Put on the base. Make sure the base is put on the right way. The file has the front of the base facing towards the front of the printer. Do not lose track of which side is the front, mark it with a marker or something as soon as it's done printing. The only way to tell is that the holes for the front of the base are slightly further back than the holes for the rear doors. Put the base on, then hammer both the handles on. Put the roof of your choice on using the alignment cube and gluing it into the square shaped holes, then paint and put on the signs.
