Thick Bed Cam Lock Clamp
Description
Needed to hold a sheet of material down onto my 1/2" thick alum bed. total bed thickness is 19mm with sheet Bull dog clips were not working for me. needed a low profile method to hold things down securely and also quickly removed. decided to use a 1" alum L channel (1.5mm wall thickness) as a pull down, added a cam to adjust tightness print with alot of perimeters to give it strength Planning on a slimmer version using 1/2" channel instead next
