coffee cap
Description
This is a simple device to keep bugs and dust out of your drink. It snaps onto many types of plastic cups, e.g. those shown in photo. It can be resized using Openscad or your slicer. It acts like the lid on a petri dish, keeping out dust and small critters. Four spheres were added to the make so as to lightly capture the rim of the cup. In the STL here, I did not include the bead around the rim shown in the Openscad documentation. This is part of a larger project to actually capture the lid so you can pick up your drink. Problem is that project is more of a gadget than an actual workable entity and requires a lot of filament. I love this version, simple, functional easy to find and use. I've made several on a Voxelab Aquila. No supports are needed if you lay it on the lid top during slicing. Thanks.
