DIY 18650 Dual Micro USB 3.7V to 5V 2A Boost Lithium Battery box
Description
This is a work in progress. Please feel free to use these files as you see fit. Maybe you can come up with something way better than I have cobbled together. I thought I'd play around with the idea of a DIY 18650 Dual Micro USB 3.7V to 5V 2A Boost Lithium Battery Charger 3D printed box. As you might find here.......... https://circuitdigest.com/electronic-circuits/18650-battery-diy-power-bank https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/294865105486?chn=ps&_ul=AU&norover=1&mkevt=1&mkrid=705-139619-5960-0&mkcid=2&itemid=294865105486&targetid=&device=c&mktype=pla&googleloc=9071315&poi=&campaignid=15791083372&mkgroupid=&rlsatarget=&abcId=9300816&merchantid=522590518&gclid=CjwKCAjwrZOXBhACEiwA0EoRD9j1S2gsY_SJmxFvDWICir-q_DWCnFMHzZLkO7gDesqTn3n2dL5b9BoCrpMQAvD_BwE Its a fairly simple design. I have included the FreeCad files including the charger PCB and an 18650 battery files if you'd like to play around with the placement of things. One thing to note is that the cut out hole thru the battey compartment is more like a perforated style than a complete opening. I thought I'd try this approach for 2 reasons. One, I didn't have the skill set to make a complete hole in the model. The other, when printing this there may not be the need for aded supports around these holes. One will of course need to manually remove these perforated plates with a suitable cutting/ filling tool.
