Extruder tube for Funmat HT
Description
This elaborate design is meant as a replacement for the PEEK tube that guides filament between the extruder and hotend. Problem with the original tube is that it's of a really wide diameter, so filament can buckle while being extruded, causing lower than expected print quality and/or issues with flexible filaments. Bonus benefit: now I can actually see the filament through this semi-transparent tube. This one has an inner diameter of 2mm which when printed is most likely going to be smaller than that. Use a drill of something like 1,8 or 1,9mm to have an exact and smooth bore. Also smooth out the rounded parts with some sandpaper. It's made to fit the Intamsys Funmat HT (enhanced) 3d printer.
