BenchCrafted Roubo bench dog bandsaw jigs
Description
Two jigs for making quick, repeatable cuts for your BenchCrafted Roubo build. These are for the US units (non-metric) plans. Your stock should be 15/16" x 1-1/4" x 6-5/8". There is a jig for the shoulder cut (15°) and another for the "pad" where the spring is attached. There is no jig for the long, length-wise cut since that's straight and just requires a fence and a stop. I made that cut frist, then used the should jig to finish separating the offcut.
