All credits to Hauwk who originally created this thing. Thanks a lot for this! Since i had some troubles to insert it, i remixed it a little: V01: I flattend those overhangs a little and made them a little less stiff. V02: I replaced the overhangs with two holes, so you can fix it with a dowel pin. It fits very tight so it wont fall out. Maybe you have to use some sandpaper.
