HevORT 415mm Belt Covers
Description
These are belt covers for a printer with a bed size of 415mm x 415mm. I was well underway with my enclosure befor MirageC came out with the Acid Bee Theme enclosure. I just sized, cut and mounted polycarb sheets to my frame. I then left about an 80mm gap between the top of the Y Rail and upper portion of the enclosure. I figured this way if I needed to get to the belts or part of the Y rails, I could do so, without having to remove an entire enclosure panel. Since the belts are tucked in, in the back, I could just use a flat peice of polycarb in the back. Even with a 415mm printer, I still needed print them in 2 parts, so I used netfabb to slice them in them middle. I also found that they are about 10mm too long. I hadn't updated the CAD files yet, I just sliced off 10mm with Netfabb. Also, remember, MIRROR the right side cover before printing. I provided CAD files to allow you to adjust to your size.
