Elna Supermatic Zigzag Cam 3
Description
This is a basic single cam for an Elna Supermatic sewing machine. It is a copy of the original "03 Zigzag" cam for the Supermatic. I have made 2 versions - one where I have separated the base from the main body for easier printing - and one where the base is part of the main design. I prefer to print the small ring, for the base, separately and superglue it to the main body of the part. I find this easier than trying to remove supports from the finished model - especially when using TPU! When using supports with the TPU - It is very difficult to remove the TPU from the small hole at the bottom of the cam, but it comes out quite easily when printing with PETG. I had no problem printing the PETG on a Monoprice Mini V2 with 60 degree bed temp and 240 degree nozzle.
