Immortal-T V2 Vertical 5mm Standoff Mount Mk2.5
Description
A little upgrade to my Mk2 vertical standoff mount for the Immortal-T V2 antenna, which when put on a standoff the antenna cannot come off unless some significant part of the quad breaks. This one is more compact, it only takes up 20mm of the standoff's length instead of 26mm, which allowed for 20 degree and 45 degree variants to be more easily created. Print in TPU at 0.2mm layer height, I suggest 100% infill for rigidity, no support. Be VERY CAREFUL during installation, you have to bend the antenna wire round the standoff. The 45 degree mount also needs careful attention when installing on the mount to avoid the antenna getting squashed/bent, putting it on the standoff when it's not bolted to the.quad will avoid that issue. There is no 6mm standoff mount version of this planned because the design is only just capable of holding onto a 5mm post.
