MKS / Campagnolo Pedal Dust Cap - Threaded
Description
A replacement for dust caps on many MKS / Campagnolo bike pedals. This caps have a tendency to fall off and replacements can be expensive depend on where you need them shipped to. Created this model as an alternative to the other unthreaded MKS replacement dust cap on here. That cap fell off my bike during the first ride out. The threading on this part is pretty odd and I did my best to approximate it with a M22.5 x 0.75 thread. The fit is a bit more snug that the original cap but once its in, it moves smoothly without binding. On a future revision I may add a chamfer on the lip to make threading this in easier. Printed easily at 0.16mm layer height in PLA on my Ender 3 S1. Recommend the lower layer height to improve the thread definition. Due to the fine detail on this part it goes without saying that your printer will need to be fairly well calibrated to reproduce this part accurately.
