Bestway Lazy Spa Impeller Bushing
Description
Simple bushing for the lay-z-spa pump impeller. I had the E02 error, ran through all the checks and everything looked fine, no damage to shaft or impeller, but the bushing in the pump housing on the motor side was damaged and elongated. Bush is a friction fit with the impeller shaft, works with both the standard ceramic shaft and stainless steel shaft (eg, cut down kebab skewer) of 3mm OD. Fits snugly on the housing side but no friction. There are two versions, flat base and chamfered base. The original piece has a filleted base, it doesn't seem to matter for install, but I thought it may help with removing in the future. I have included the original DWG files in case anyone has a use for them. Note that I haven't run the spa for long enough to see if this introduces vibration that may damage the ceramic shaft. If you are concerned I suggest moving to a stainless steel shaft.
