Bi-fold hinge adapter for Kreg Concealed Hinge Jig

Kreg's concealed hinge jig doesn't allow for the spacing needed to drill for bi-fold concealed hinges like this: https://www.amazon.com/Blum-Bi-Fold-Hinge-Pair/dp/B001DT130I The holes for these need to be centered 12.5mm from the edge of the door, whereas the Kreg jig only gets as close as 20.5mm. This is essentially an 8mm spacer that fits around the existing cam. Insert with the chamfer side up with the cam set to 3mm spacing.
