Robomow ms1000 drive axle insert remix
Description
Remixed from mesh Added two slots for hot inserting small nails for reinforcement of radial forces and removed the partition to make it easier to insert a m8x50mm hex bolt. Need to drill to freshen up holes, 4mm or 4.5mm for pins and 8mm for driveshaft. I used a drilltap to freshen up m8 threading, but you could probably do it with heat. Applied expanding polyurethane glue to threads before final assembly, clearance to bolt head is aprox 4.5mm. Printed with ninjatek armadillo. Assembly and fit was good on my ms1000.
