Drill adapter / cover for Timemore C2 coffee hand grinder
Description
Easily printable drill adapter for hand grinder Timemore Chestnut C2. The adapter is ment to be finished by glueing some old 1/4" screwdriver bit (6.35 mm) into the top hexagonal opening (preferably the hexagonal shank of it only - grind off the screwdriver head). The glued in bit shall function as axial stop as well - the part is not functional without it. When glueing, think about retaining groove present on some screwdriver bits - expose it in correct distance from the printed part to enable its retaining function. Do not glue the bit with the groove hidden in the printed part as it would decrease the contact area considerably. I assume printing with any common material should do, jus provide sufficient number of perimeters around the hexagonal openings. If you are worried about beverage contamination, use foodsafe material. The design is to be verified and tested yet. I will update the post shortly and prvide some photos (written 19.9.2022).
