RC Car service and display stand (1/18)
Description
This is a custom RC display/service stand for 1/18 cars, but could be modified for bigger. It's a remix of a lot of various contributors here (thanks to all for their work), see them linked on the left. I took the existing stand by razvan, which was modified by chad, and modified it further to make the stand a little smaller and less filament. I combined the drawer system from CaptainObvious to make a sliding drawer underneath the stand to hold all the parts for the car. This also makes it portable so if I take the car somewhere, I can just grab the drawer. I made 2 optional side containers, one for each side of the stand, held by small T3 or T4 screws. The right side holds the controller batteries and spare car battery, the left side holds the car's manual. These screw on and if not needed you don't have to use them. Most should be printable without supports, but there are a few that need it. The side pockets need them for the tabs, and perhaps the top piece depending on how good your printer is at bridging.
