Y belt tensioner for Graber i3 with F623ZZ bearing
Description
This is a smaller profile version of the zegmonteiro's "Y Belt Tensioner for RepRap Graber i3". Yes, i still have a graber i3 and it always need some fixing. I tried the original tensioner, but find it to bulky for my printer body. And it never aligned proberly due the larger beagring. I had some spare F623ZZ bearings and decided mix the overall structure of the original tensioner with the x belt tensioner from MazaaFIN's "Smooth X-axis for Prusa i3 with Leadscrews". It worked quite well to me. To use this you will need: 2 F623ZZ (3x10x4) flanged bearings 2 M3x10 or M3x15 bolts 2 M3 nuts 1 M4 bolt 1 M4 nut 3 M3 washes I strongly recommend glue the spare M3 wash on the printer body, right where the bolt point hits, so you dont pierce it over time. Also included, dont know why, is a long cap with space for two M3 nuts and screws. I believe this can be usefull to align the tensioner in case of need.
