Here'S A Set Of V-Groove Bearing Covers That Press-Fit Over Standard Size Bearings. The Scad Is Parameterized So To Fit Other Size Bearings (Or Even Just A Hole Instead Of A Bear). I'Ve Included Stls For Some Standard Size Bearings, Although You Will Likely Have To Adjust The Tolerance Variable In The Scad File To Get A Good Tight Fit. If All Else Fails You Might Try Heating The Bearing Then Press-Fitting With A Pliers. Pla Is No Match For A Hot Bearing. :-) These Are Probably Reasonable Stand-Ins For Metal Vgroove Bearings For A Light Duty Application (E.G. A String Pulley Or A Mockup). It Would Not Be Appropriate To Use It For Anything Weight-Bearing.
