Handwheels 5,6,8mm, 0.25,0,4375,0.5in, semi-customizable
Description
This is a set of old-style machine handwheels for shafts of 5mm, 6mm, 8m, 1/4", 7/16", 1/2". They have a M3 nut trap and hole for positive attachment to the shaft. The 50mmXblank and 100mmXblank handwheels have a small hole -- you could infill their hubs solid and drill them out with your slicer to fit other shafts (round, square, etc...) As the pics show, the 5mm fits on a 5mm stepper shaft, the 6mm press fits on a knurled potentiometer shaft. The others I have not yet tested. I used Nophead's excellent [NopSCADlib](https://github.com/nophead/NopSCADlib) for the shapes and bolt sizes, and [Kurt Hutten's](https://github.com/Irev-Dev) [Round-Anything](https://github.com/Irev-Dev/Round-Anything) library for the handle. I'd like to do a version of the handwheel with the hub offset from the rim with angled spokes that would provide better access to the hub. Something like https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2086 The OpenSCAD file does not run in the thingiverse customizer because it uses external libraries. The customizer within OpenSCAD works fine, if you have the libraries in the standard location or on your path.
