Universal Turn Signal Fork Mount 39mm
Description
These universal turn signal mounts are designed to fit 39mm motorcycle fork stanchions. Originally designed for a 1986 Honda Nighthawk CB700SC, but should work for any motorcycle with similar stanchion sizes. There are tunnels in the parts to accommodate wiring pass throughs. The STEP and Fusion 360 files have been added to this part if you want/need to edit the part to better fit your bike. The mount was designed to be used with M6x25 socket head cap screws and corresponding hex nuts: https://www.mcmaster.com/#91292a138/=1c4ycfu https://www.mcmaster.com/#91828a251/=1c4ycpy There is a slot on the backside of the part to insert the M6 nut. The nut cover part was designed to press fit into the slot to hide the nut. You will need to print 2x nut cover parts. You will need to print this with flexible filament to bend around the stanchions during installation.
